Using this on my backhand, forehand is J1.
It feels faster and more powerful than Tenergy, and easier to control than Dignics — being slightly tacky, it's also easy to put spin on.
It's also lighter than Dignics, so it feels manageable even without a lot of power.
The short game and blocking are also easy to do, but counters and topspin rallies (on the backhand) feel a bit lacking, so it's best suited for a level where you don't need to step back much and can get by with blocking and third-ball attacks (roughly prefecture top-16 level, i.e. up to intermediate players).
It's better value than using Dignics for no good reason, and if you want to actually get stronger without relying too much on your equipment, you're better off using this instead.
Then once you get stronger, you can switch to something like Dignics. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I used this on both sides of a Ma Lin Hard Carbon that was on sale. Both forehand and backhand worked fine. On the forehand I felt it's a rubber with stable topspin drives, and on the backhand it produced just the right amount of arc — meet shots, blocks, and other touch techniques also worked fine. The hitting feel is a bit on the hard side, so I think it suits players who can swing through the ball firmly.

My impression is that this is basically a Hurricane that actually flies. The way the sheet grips the ball is quite similar to the Hurricane Blue. The amount of spin you get from brushing is similar to the Hurricane Blue, but in terms of how the tension kicks in, this rubber is it.

Using this on my forehand, at max thickness.
For this price range, I'd say this rubber is on the "doesn't fly" side. Because of that, unless you get a really solid impact that matches with the rubber, you'll only get shallow topspin drives.
I think it's fairly easy to put spin on, but since the ball tends to land shallow, I can't recommend it for players who like to drop their contact point and hit from low.
So what's actually good about this rubber?
It's the meet shots and counters. This rubber is about as dense as a guy who can't notice a girl likes him until she actually confesses — meaning it's insensitive enough that you can crash straight through floating balls. And as mentioned, since it "doesn't fly," it's easy to keep the ball in. Counters also come out with solid power even with a compact swing.
And yet the topspin drive comes out shallow (and flat) — that's another quirky trait that becomes a weapon. In the opponent's head, a whole drama plays out: "Is he going to meet-hit it at that height? Okay, I'll back off half a step... wait, the drive was way shallower than that!" Of course, if you commit to the shot enough, you can still get a high-performance drive to fly, so I think this ends up being a rubber where you make good use of both its weaknesses and its strengths.By the way, a chopper friend of mine begged to borrow it, and I reluctantly let him — he complained afterward, "This thing doesn't fly at all."
