I think pretty much every short pips user knows the Flare Storm, but since I don't normally play with short pips, I couldn't really make good use of it. That said, it grabs spin surprisingly well for how much it flicks the ball. I feel like knuckle balls are a bit hard to produce, but that's probably down to technique. It's an intermediate-level rubber.

If you're moving over from 40mm and want to keep the same feel, I think sticking with your old rubber as-is will still feel off, so I'd recommend using this rubber instead. The feel is close to 40mm!

I couldn't really handle this one... it's a tough rubber. Right from forehand hitting it felt different from a normal rubber. It's like they took Tenergy 64, boosted the speed, dialed back the spin a bit, flattened out the arc, and took away some of the stability. I'd recommend it for hard-hitting players chasing speed and power!

This is basically Tackiness Chop with a bit more bounce added. If you've used Tackifire Chop you'll know what I mean, but the amount of spin is quite high. I'd recommend it to choppers who want their chops to bite hard, or to intermediate players who want to put it on their backhand for heavily-spun receives and serves!

I heard a few top players use this, and yeah, it's definitely a high-performance rubber. It's not really suited to chopping, but it's perfect for players who score points through variation on their blocks combined with fast attacks!
