Extend itself is already an easy-to-use rubber to begin with, so I don't really see a particular advantage to the SD version. You might think Extend gets even softer and easier to use, but for the short game the ball tends to fly off, so I'd actually say it becomes harder to control.
In longer rallies, you don't have to put in as much of your own power to make the ball fly, so your error count might go down. It's a good rubber for someone just starting out with tension rubbers who's genuinely never touched one before!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This is truly the best racket for building the fundamentals of table tennis. It doesn't bounce much and isn't heavy, so it's easy to use even for beginners without much strength who want to build their basic skills!

Honestly, the only downside is the price - performance-wise, this rubber is fantastic. Spin, stability, speed - whichever you look at, it's on a high level! It's pretty close to the Evolution series' FX-P, I'd say? I really want intermediate players to try this one!

I heard that top players in the large-ball world all use this, so I had pretty high expectations, and it lived up to them - high performance, and I'm convinced this is the Tenergy of the large-ball world. Definitely give it a try!
