It's a hard, thin blade, but pips still stop the ball properly on it. It's not picky about what rubber you put on it.

This rubber is so easy to use that I have to wonder if it's really a tacky rubber. The spin feels a bit different from typical tacky-rubber spin, but it gives speed you wouldn't expect from a tacky rubber. It's a genre of its own that didn't exist before.

It's hard for a beginner blade. If you put extra-thin rubber on it, the ball flies. I don't think it's great for control, so I wouldn't really recommend it for beginners.

I feel like the Rakza series has recently come to stand shoulder to shoulder with German tension rubbers.

When I used it, I was amazed at how much spin it generates along with the speed and control. I don't think there's any technique this rubber can't do. The amount of spin is on par with Rasant Power Grip, so I'd recommend it to anyone who found Power Grip too hard.
