It feels like they took Roundell's soft sheet, made it a bit harder to improve the spin performance, and combined it with a spring sponge to improve the feel - nothing about it stands out, but overall it's very stable and easy to handle.
Some people call it a budget version of Tenergy, but performance-wise it's really just an ordinary Japanese tension rubber that gives you a taste of Tenergy's feel and vibe - personally I think it's closer in character to Roundell and is a completely different animal from the Tenergy line in terms of actual performance.
People looking for the extreme performance of something like Tenergy or V15 will probably find it lacking, and powerful players might feel it's too soft and lose power, so it's not for everyone in that sense - but for playing styles that rely a lot on close-to-the-table offense/defense or close-to-the-table quick attacks, using counters and hitting, it's a rubber that works regardless of the user's level. For those seeking spin performance, I'd recommend the German-made Fastarc line instead.

    Used on the forehand.
The short game like flicks is easy to handle, and it holds up fine in mid-distance topspin rallies too.
It might also match well with the blade.

Added note: counters are surprisingly easy to do. As a speed-oriented tension rubber, it does put on a fair amount of spin, but the bite on serves is just okay.

Since it doesn't bounce much, the control is good, but now that the same company sells Vermo and other makers sell beginner-friendly rubbers like Ventus Basic, there's really no more need for a speed-glue-era high-tension rubber whose only selling point is control. It's a harsh thing to say, but I also think every manufacturer has way too many redundant lineups, which just wastes resources, so I think this should be discontinued sooner rather than later.

In a word, this rubber feels really exhilarating.
It feels softer than the 05, and besides the speed, it's easy to get spin on backhand topspin drives and the like.
It's easy to handle, so it works great on the forehand too — highly recommended.

I used to have this on my backhand — it's a good rubber that isn't affected much by incoming spin, yet still gets a decent amount of spin on drives and has a good bit of extra kick after the bounce.
The topsheet is soft, so you don't feel the hardness of the plastic ball, which is comfortable... Rozena is good, but I think Roundell is a good rubber too.
