    Max thickness and thick were completely different. Max thickness had better speed and spin than thick. Since Tenergy 80 degrades quickly, if you want it to last, it's better to go with a thicker sponge. It feels like thinner sponges perform worse once they've degraded. If you plan to replace your rubber regularly, thick should be fine. For the feel right from the start, thick is the best. Max thickness takes some time to get used to.

    Even when my form is a bit off on a drive, the ball still goes in!! Amazing consistency!!
    The downsides are that it wears out fast and serves tend to go long, I guess.
