This is... in a word, excellent all around.
The top ply is rock hard.
Let me start with the caveats.
It bounces quite a lot, so there's a good chance the short game gets out of control.
As is usually the case with STIGA blades, it pairs best with tacky rubber.
Also, the flex is incredible.
On soft shots it stays calm, and on hard shots it drives into the opponent's court with tremendous power.
It's also easy to chop with. Oddly enough, it's really easy to keep under control.
If you're not used to it, it's a wild horse.
Keep that in mind when considering a purchase.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Hard

I bought this because it's popular.
I tried putting V15 on it and hitting, but it was too fast and stiff, so I tried G1 instead and it was a perfect fit.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Hard

I borrowed one from a classmate and tried it.
The first thing I noticed hitting with it was that the speed is insane (lol)
Drives have tremendous power.
But above all, the counters and blocks are outstanding.
And even though the speed is amazing, it still gets spin.
It has both speed and spin, and it's great on both wings.
But one thing to watch out for is that the trajectory is quite flat.
It's tough for beginners, but I think intermediate players and above can really make the most of it.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I bought this wondering what the Shibuya Pro Model was like
Picking it up, it has a solid, noticeable heft, but I thought this might just be the best blade out there for a chopper
When I actually tried it out, I was surprised
You get nice, stable rallies with a comfortable feel
And when I tried chopping with it, I was even more surprised
It's stable
Just relentlessly stable and rips hard
You can grind it out defensively with heavy chops, or go for an attacking-chopper style and sneak in attacks when there's an opening!
All in all, it turned out to be an all-around bladeOverall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

I got this from a Table Tennis Kingdom monitor giveaway.
When I touched it, it was incredibly hard!
I sensed right away this was a monster rubber, and sure enough, when I tried hitting with it, it was insane!
Control is tough, but it's got real power!
The spin grips well and carries through!
The speed is really fast!
In short: fast, hard, and expensive.
If it were cheaper I'd consider sticking with it, but since it's expensive, I'll pass (lol)Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
