I got swept up and bought it because Takusho (Takumasa Arai) recommended it for choppers, lol.
It bounces plenty on offense, holds its ground well on defense, and it's easy to add variation.
It's basically a rubber packed with exactly the qualities a chopper wants.
Because the sponge hardness is 50°, it's heavy (56g after cutting to size*), so light hits tend to come out as flat, spinless balls — something to watch out for.
*This is the weight of just this rubber (max thickness), calculated by taking the weight of a Matsushita Koji Offensive blade with only this rubber and Feint Long III (super thin) attached, minus the weight of the blade with only Matsushita Koji Offensive and Feint Long III attached.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
