  There is a sense of stability very much, the foundation rally etc is very stable.
  However, if you paste it on the fore, the power is insufficient and the opponent becomes a ball that is easy to return.
  I guess it's okay to stabilize on the back

  とても安定感があり、基礎打ちのラリー等がとても安定します。
  ただ、フォアに貼るとパワー不足なのと、相手が返しやすい球になります。
  バックだと安定するのでいいんじゃないでしょうか

  NEO HURRICANE 3

  

  I used a leopard neo 3 for the first time with a sticky rubber, but I fell in love with strong rotation and unique trajectory which is not in tension rubber.
  I got more speed than I expected, so I think that it is quite easy to use and high performance rubber.

  初めての粘着ラバーでキョウヒョウneo3を使ったのですが、テンションラバーにはない強い回転や独特の軌道に惚れました。
  スピードも思ったより出たので、かなり使いやすく高性能なラバーだと思います。
