Powerful “NEO” sponge and Hurricane 3 rubber with special glutinosity could create stable and high-speed arc, improve the scoring ability of players. NEO Hurricane 3 has a high speed and low fast loop, changeful arc, stronger spin.

It was the first adhesive rubber, but I was able to use it without feeling strange.
I think it can be widely used by people with adhesive debut to advanced users. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I put it on the fore and lightly hit it. I was worried if I could hit it thin, but I was able to hit every play unexpectedly stably. I felt soft and soft and felt that I was spinning myself without tension and the shot feeling was quite good. If you get used to it and hit it firmly, you can hit the speed drive. Serve expires. The stop does not float and bounces several times on the opponent's court. There is a preference, but I like rubber.

Stickiness is not that strong feeling, but when compared with ordinary back software as well
You can see that the craze is good
Thanks to that, it will take a lot of rotation
I will not bounce so far, so I will be able to serve with full power, so it's easy to play the tabletop
Drive is also good.
Also the drive is unique to Kyoto Leopard
Because I draw an arch wire, I hate the other party
I think the drawback is about a little heavyAll Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

First of all, my first impression was that it didn't bounce, but the spin was mediocre.
I was hoping for great stickiness and good spin, but I was wrong.
But since it's sticky, it does produce an arc.
I said "mediocre" at the beginning because, while the NEO3 is supposed to have a bottom and emphasize bounce, it only bounces like a high-elasticity rubber.
And yet it's not very sticky (it's brand new). The spin is limited to that of a spin-type tension rubber.
But it's not all bad.
The control on the table is next-level and easy to use!!
When I aim for a stop in the corner near the net, I can send the stop with proper spin exactly where I aimed, which has become a new source of points. So the control is next-level! For those who rely on the table as a source of points, I recommend it because it's very easy to stop and push. However, for offensive players, I recommend Myojo Kokukyo, DHS Kokukyo NEO, or Nittaku Kokukyo.

Inner Force Layer ALC, Fastarc G-1, and this Kyohyou. This combination has given me my best results so far. I used the red rubber and turned the racket around while playing. I can also use it normally for backhand shots. It's a good rubber that doesn't require much worry about hitting over or hitting the net. If a beginner finds it this good, I think it's a rubber that almost all table tennis players can use.

*This is my first Kyohyo review. Used it for my forehand.
At first, I was wondering why the rubber would often fall off, but as I practiced more, I understood the reason.
It was a lack of power, in other words, a lack of impact!
I had imagined I could hit the rubber lightly and create super spin, but in reality, it falls off like crazy lol.
If you hit it with a thicker grip and try to keep it down, you'll get a great shot.
Now, I'd like to introduce some of the aspects of Kyohyo that were a bit different from what I expected.
1. The rubber doesn't pop out from the bottom, so it's quite difficult.
2. In rallies from the middle and back court, you can take advantage of your opponent's power and hit some amazing shots.
3. The spin on my serves also gets messy.
Finally,I used five rackets, so it wasn't in the high-spin category, but the feel was great. Next time I use it, I'll choose a racket that pops out forward.

If you use it for more than six months, the sheet will gradually become softer, making it easier to perform techniques such as blocks.
