Right now I've got it on short pips, paired with Nittaku's Amin...
    and it's insanely fast (lol)
It grips the ball well too, so it might be good for offensive-style players.
Bryce Hi-Speed gets a lot of the "grab and release" effect, so it grips the ball and even uses the opponent's own spin against them to double the speed on release... among speed rubbers, it's a real monster!!
That said, when you pair it with a light blade, you get plenty of speed, but the timing of your swing gets thrown off easily and control suffers, so honestly it's a bit hard to use.
So I think something a bit lighter, but heavier than Amin - like Zhang Jike's T5000 - would be easier to use with it.
Also, I think it's easier to use as an inverted rubber than as short pips. With short pips, it comes out too fast on serves and I often ended up going long. So I'd suggest putting it on the backhand as an inverted rubber and using it for drives and chiquitas.

[Just my personal impression, so of course it'll feel easier or harder to use depending on the person (lol)]
