First off, the rubber is light! It's not very sensitive to incoming spin, so backhand drives come out low, fast, and stable. It feels more like you're punching through with speed than pushing with spin. If you're not sure what to put on your backhand, this is a safe choice. If it feels too soft, go up to the 450.

It's a tension rubber, but you need your own power to generate speed. The ball sinks into the sponge just the right amount, so your topspin drive is very stable and gets plenty of spin. Even if your form breaks down or you get tense, you can keep sending good balls. It cuts well and counters stay stable too, so I'd recommend it for choppers as well!

Since it's an old-design rubber, the surface feels smooth rather than tacky. If you sink the ball into the sponge and really carve into it, you can get a lot of spin (enough to make people mishit off your chop's backspin). If you just tap the ball, even your receive comes out as a knuckle ball that's hard for opponents to smash. Drives don't reach if you back away from the table, so it's better to attack from close to the table.

If you attack hard with your forehand, using this on your backhand can help lighten up the racket, I think.
It's better suited to hitting more meet-shot topspin drives aimed at a course rather than going for power.

It doesn't have much bounce, but that doesn't mean the ball doesn't travel - you can still hit heavy topspin drives one after another.
The blade is a bit on the heavy side, so I'd recommend a lighter rubber on the backhand.
