I think this is a rubber where both speed and spin are blended at a high level.
It's cheap, so I think it's worth trying at least once.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

It's a tension rubber but bounces a moderate amount and gets good spin too.
It's light and soft, so I think you could pair it with a heavier, harder rubber on your forehand.
The price is the sticking point though.
