Over a decade ago, back when speed glue was still allowed, I used this on Hammond and hit forehand drives constantly.
Recently I got nostalgic and tried it again after a long time, and without glue, plus with the plastic ball, to put it kindly it felt like a beginner-friendly rubber with both speed and spin kept at a moderate, manageable level. It's soft, so control is easy.
Blocking and chiquitas were easy to do, so I'd say it's good for both sides for a beginner, for a novice's backhand, or for an intermediate player who prioritizes backhand stability.

I used the thick version on the backhand of a Butterfly Defense 2.
My impression was that it's like a softer version of Taki Fire Drive.
The stability for just getting the ball on the table - pushes, blocks, chops - is amazing!
It doesn't have that much speed, but chiquitas were easy to hit too.It's a bit pricey, but I'd recommend it on both sides for beginners, and even for non-choppers - beginner to intermediate players who struggle with their backhand and want more stability would also do well with this.

Used on the forehand (thick) of a Butterfly Defence 2.
I don't really like lobbing, so I bought this to practice being able to choose to chop when pushed away from the table.
It's a versatile, quirk-free rubber that makes every technique easy, good for beginner to intermediate players. Speed and spin are decent, and control is excellent.
I'd recommend it as a second rubber for beginner choppers once they can sustain rallies to some extent and start working attacks in.
It can do a bit of everything, but to put it negatively, it's a jack-of-all-trades, so once you've built up some skill I'd recommend moving up to a higher-performance rubber.

I'm a self-described intermediate player who got back into table tennis after a 10-year break. Currently using this on the forehand (thick) to shake off the rust and get used to plastic balls. Planning to switch to Vega Japan once my feel for the game comes back.
The control is fantastic — forehand hits, pushes, and flicks all go exactly where I picture them, and serves bite well too!
The rubber is pretty hard, and since this is my first time using a hard rubber, until I got used to it my drives kept going long even though they had almost no speed on them. Once you get used to it, the spin is decent (speed aside), and the control is outstanding.
You can clearly tell the difference between when you've hit a proper drive and when you haven't, so I highly recommend this as a "second rubber" for stepping up to harder, high-performance rubbers.
For students who have a coach and are aiming for the top in their prefecture or nationals, I'd definitely recommend this as an entry-level rubber. This level of performance at this price is an absolute steal!
For players who already have a solid feel for hitting drives, I think the control is amazing but the speed will feel lacking. Also recommended for a chopper's forehand.

I'm a self-proclaimed intermediate player who restarted table tennis after a 10-year break. Currently using the medium thickness on my backhand.
Bought it to learn chiquita and stabilize my backhand drive.
Speed and spin are decent, control is outstanding. Recommended as a second backhand rubber for graduating beginners, or for anyone who just wants stability on the backhand above all. Rallies just keep going, so it's fun!
You might be a little more affected by incoming spin on receives. The stability of chiquita, backhand drives, and blocks close to the table is amazing. Just watch out that you can get outhit if you move away from the table.
Sometimes the ball slips a bit, so once I've properly practiced chiquita until this one wears out, I'm planning to move to the Asia DF, which has the same hardness and is plastic-ball compatible.
