The bounce is on the modest side, but it's pretty hard, and smashes and flat hits were fast for a beginner blade.
The topspin drive felt hard but oddly didn't get much distance. Still, it was easy to put spin on, which was nice. Blocking was stable and easy to control since the blade is fairly thick. If you're rallying all-round from close to mid-distance, I think this can take you up to around an intermediate level.

I use 2.0mm on my backhand. Backhand drives, chiquitas, and pushes all get great spin — personally, this is the best rubber for me. The sheet is soft, but the sponge felt more like 46 degrees, so it had plenty of speed too, which felt great. It's also lightweight, so I'd recommend it for women or elementary/junior high schoolers who like to play close to the table.

The spin I got on serves, pushes, drives, and counters was like nothing I'd seen before.
Even without much speed, the drive's spin alone could blow the opponent's block off course. It's on the bouncier side for a tacky rubber, so counters felt really satisfying. Though it still can't match tension rubber.

    A note:
There was a slight difference between the DHS Neo3 and the Nittaku Neo3. The Nittaku version felt softer and lighter. So if you want to put Hurricane on your backhand like Ma Long does, I'd suggest starting with the Nittaku Neo3.

I used this on both sides of my Sanalyon S, medium sponge. The bounce is toned down, so it's
good for beginners learning the basics. I used mine for a year and a half before a hole opened up in the middle and I had to replace it.
Still, being able to use it for over a year felt pretty good.
As for performance, Mark V and Sriver were easier to get spin on,
and their overall numbers were higher too.
