I have this on the forehand of my Viscaria.
The bite on serves and pushes has that tacky-rubber feel, while the power on drives has that tension-rubber feel.
But the standout point of this rubber is how stable the blocks are - my opponent's drives get stopped dead, and the ball comes back with that tacky-style spin on it, which made their next attack miss a lot of the time.
I think it's also easy to switch to if you're coming from a spin-oriented tension rubber.

Compared to Vega Europe, it's quite a bit softer.
I think it's good for beginners, but because it's so soft, blocks dropped short quite a few times.
The spin is stronger than Vega Europe.
I think it suits the backhand more than the forehand.

I used it on both my forehand and backhand.
For beginners, I think this rubber is fine on both sides, but as you improve you'll probably start finding it lacking on the forehand,
so if you want to stay within the Vega series, I think it's good to upgrade to something like Vega Asia, Asia DF, or Tour.
On the backhand, I think it's plenty usable even for intermediate players.

Since this falls into TSP's top-tier rubber category, I think a lot of people assume it's only for advanced players,
but this rubber can actually be used by a wide range of skill levels.
It doesn't have a standout specialty in speed or spin,
but it produces a nice clean arc, which makes it especially easy to use on the backhand.
That said, 2.0mm on the backhand might bounce a bit too much, so 1.8mm could be just right.
