Used it for over a month now, and I've gotten used to it, so here's the detailed rundown.
Forehand... I'm using Hurricane Pro 3 Turbo Blue. It vibrates in the hand just the right amount, and even with tacky rubber you get more than enough distance. Connecting shots, loops, power drives, and low-speed drives aimed at a spot on the table — no complaints at all. No particular complaints about smashes or forehand counters either. As for blocks, the ball leaves the blade fast, so it took a bit of time to get used to. The short game — pushes, stops, sidespin pushes, flicks — is fantastic, and I especially felt that flicks became a lot easier to land cleanly.
Backhand... it's really easy to grip, so it's remarkably stable. Just like the forehand, all kinds of drives are easy to hit. Counters and smashes are great too. As long as your eye doesn't misjudge the ball, mistakes are rare. The backhand short game is stable too, of course, and now produces balls with good spin.
Serve... when you first start using it, the ball leaves fast so it takes some getting used to, but I think you'll adjust quickly.
It made me want to practice seriously so I don't disgrace the Zhang Jike name! lol

The packaging looks cool, so I put it on my backhand half as a joke and tried it out. I'm using a different rubber now.
I used it for about a month — the topsheet is good, and the ball goes quite high. It has fairly strong quirks, and when the angle is right it produces a really good ball, but I got the impression it had trouble with control.
The short game also tended to float up, so I made a lot of mistakes on backhand stops, receives, and connecting against unusual rubbers.

Speed... Partly thanks to the blade, you can get speed not too far off from a tension rubber. I've also put it on a Dynasty Carbon, but with the Zhang Jike ALC, the grip on the ball and the ball speed both felt very slightly better.
Spin... Depends on your swing speed and body position. Apparently if you hit it with perfect form, you get a really heavy ball.
When your form breaks down or you end up arm-hitting, you get a weird wobbly ball or a knuckleball. This is that so-called quirky character, and surprisingly it often ends up being a source of points. Of course, not breaking your form is ideal, though...
Once you're used to it, you can also deliberately produce knuckle drives. You can induce mistakes even from people who are good at counters and blocks.Control... comes with practice. For both hitting against topspin and against backspin, even for balls that are borderline hittable, I think if you practice properly you'll be able to place the ball where you want.
Short game... At first I wasn't used to the lack of bounce with stops and pushes and missed a lot, but once you get used to it, I think you can produce sharp stops and pushes that are hard for the opponent to attack. Flicks and drop shots also land well on the table since the rubber doesn't bounce, which is pretty great.
The weight is over 60g. But I like it. Let's hit the gym.

Put it on my backhand. Went with the Ultra Max thickness. Real men don't talk, they just use Ultra Max. If it's too heavy, hit the gym! Get swole!!
First, I didn't feel any hardness at all. There was no technique that felt awkward because it was too stiff.
Push, stop... cutting and stopping the ball are relatively easy to adjust. It might float a bit at first, though.
Backhand drive, chiquita... spin bites really well. But it doesn't grip so much that it's hard to control.
Power drives, and drives from mid-distance or away from the table are also easy, and the ball comes out heavy and fast.
Even if it turns into a loop drive, there's plenty of spin, so depending on the opponent it can make for a good rally ball.
The spin comes automatically, and unlike the R50, you rarely get that "if you don't hit it just right it goes flat" problem.Block, counter... very easy to do. Blocks apparently have a bit of extension too. I can only really flick-counter myself, but it's very good — maybe it's less affected by incoming spin.
The sheet grips with that same crisp, grabby feel as Tenergy, and I really liked that.

I've always admired Calderano, so I got this on impulse lol
Until I got used to it, it bounced way too much, but once I got the hang of it, the shots come in fast and heavy — really good!
It's great for topspin drives of course, but also for serves, the short game, and flat hits.
The price was during a sale though lol
