Dynasty Carbon is the result of years of development in search of a carbon blade with the ultimate balance between classic wood feel, known as the “STIGA feeling”, and carbon fabric development. We have developed and designed Dynasty Carbon together with World- and Olympic champion Xu Xin, to create a blade especially for the omniscient player who masters all elements of Table Tennis. The Dynasty Carbon uses a newly developed Swedish made and patented carbon technology which makes the carbon fabric as stable and strong near the edges as in the middle, without affecting the overall balance and weight of the blade. This new Carbon technology is called TeXtreme+. TeXtreme+ draws from the original TeXtreme Spread Tow Carbon Technology and consists of an advanced, super thin carbon fiber fabric that maximizes the strength-to-weight ratio. Dynasty Carbon is built with a thick middle veneer which enhances the core feeling and overall balance of the blade. The outer veneer is Koto, chosen for its quality and short in-game dwell time in comparison to more traditional outer veneers. This blade which combines superb touch with unbeatable power, gives you the possibility to be as creative, technical and powerful as Xu Xin.

This Chinese penhold blade is just too heavy... it's a tough weight for us regular players.
The feel and bounce might be good, but you can't keep hitting repeated strokes with the same swing. Also, being this heavy will wreck your wrist.
You can adjust the weight through your choice of rubber, but you have to be prepared to give up your favorite rubber or thickness. In other words, you can't really go with the combination you'd actually want...
This kind of blade is basically made for pros and true top-level players, so of course us regular players can't handle it properly. Like I said at the start, this Chinese penhold blade is just too heavy. If you're a Chinese penhold user you'll probably understand — being this heavy is basically forbidden for a Chinese penhold blade. Personally, even though it's a good blade, I didn't feel the need to use it at the cost of quick switching, rapid-fire strokes, fine technique, and overall stability.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard

I went from the Inspira → Libra → Goriki → and finally landed on the Dynasty Carbon.
The Dynasty Carbon is my first outer-ply blade, and I picked it after consulting an AI and going with its suggestion.
Since it's a Chinese penhold blade, I liked that I could choose a thinner grip, and even though it's an outer-ply blade, the feel of gripping the ball like wood was the deciding factor.
I used anti rubber on the back side, and the Goriki was really good at stopping blocks, but its weight was a drawback.
I'm moving away from a wait-for-the-opponent's-mistake defensive style and trying a more attacking style where I take the initiative. It's a really good blade.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I've tried all kinds of Chinese-penhold blades, from different manufacturers and with different blade constructions. I've finally found the ultimate racket that satisfies me on every front!
Personally, a slightly softer rubber suited it best. There's probably some variance between individual blades, but I bought two to compare - one with the balance point closer to the handle, one closer to the tip - and honestly it's hard to pick a winner between them, both feel really good. They're the same weight, of course, but with completely different balance points, and I've been enjoying switching between the two!
My personal take is that it feels less like carbon and more like a "new kind of bouncy 7-ply all-wood blade."Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard

I'm currently using the Xu Xin limited edition Chinese-penhold. Personally I prefer a hard racket paired with a slightly softer rubber, so the feel of this racket really suits my taste and I'm very happy with it. There are also comments about the weight being a concern, but mine is a lighter unit so it doesn't bother me. What I like most is that it doesn't have that typical carbon feel - instead it has a fresh, flying, springy all-wood kind of feel. I'm really, really happy with it.

I've been using STIGA rackets for about 14 years now? For the switch to plastic balls, I tried the Carbonado 145, 45, Legacy Carbon, Cybershape, and others, but due to my own lack of skill I couldn't control the bounce and spin well. Then I went back to the Dynasty Carbon I'd bought before, and it gives you a perfect touch of bounce and friction! At 86g the racket is fairly light, so I've been having fun practicing with all kinds of rubber combinations! STIGA rackets really are the best!

If you like a hard racket, this feel is top-tier. That said, it's quite hard, so if it doesn't suit you, it really doesn't suit you at all. A lot of reviews say tacky rubber pairs well with it, but I think that's tough unless you're a pure power hitter.
I'm voting this a top-tier racket. It matches me incredibly well. I think I'll stick with this one for a while. It's a pretty hard racket, but I really love it!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard

Rackets and rubbers really come down to personal taste and how well they fit you, but I absolutely love this racket. The performance is excellent. From the grip work to the feel and the comfort of hitting with it, there's zero stress at all. I really, truly love this racket.
