These are my impressions after borrowing this from the elderly coach at my youth club and hitting with it. I think it had straight-grain wood. The feel and sound on impact are really satisfying. Most of all, it makes me feel like table tennis is fun.

A 7-ply blade that feels like a 5-ply. It has no quirks and is easy to use. It's also well balanced, so I think it suits any rubber. It's also light, so I think it's less likely to lead to injury. That said, among people I know who've used it, most of them ended up breaking it, so I don't think the durability is very good.

Borrowed this from a friend.
As far as feel goes, it's basically a Timo Boll ALC with grip tape wrapped around it to make the grip thinner.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

If you put it on a chopping blade that doesn't bounce much, you can hit a slow, high-spin topspin drive, and it's fun.

It's tacky, but it bounces. It doesn't feel anything like Hurricane. It's closer to a tension rubber.
