  I was looking for a rubber for my backhand when I heard this one was coming out, so I decided to give it a try. Honestly, this was my first time playing with a German-style rubber.
  When I tried hitting with it, yeah, it flies pretty well. At first I was thrown off by how different the feel and trajectory were compared to what I'd been using before (which makes sense), but as I gradually got a feel for how to hit it, I was able to put good spin on the ball while still getting speed. It's not like the spin is anything extraordinary, but since the sheet is on the softer side, I think it makes it a bit easier to generate spin. I especially found meeting-the-ball techniques easy with this one! Blocking flies a little more than I'd like, probably because of the blade I'm using. But that's not all bad - it also means you can get counter-style blocks off it. And like I mentioned at the start, it really has been made lighter, and I could feel that while playing with it. So I don't think there'd be any issue putting a MAX sponge version on. That said, I personally feel it's a bit lacking in power, so I'd recommend using it on the backhand for players with a certain level of skill. It's also reasonably priced, so why not give it a try?

  バック面のラバーを探していたとき、発売されると聞き、使用してみることにしました。実際僕はドイツ系ラバーを打つのは初めてでした。
  試しに打ってみると、やはりまあまあ飛びますね。最初はこれまで使用していたラバーとの打感、そして軌道の違いに戸惑っていましたが(まあそうなりますよね)、次第に打ち方が分かってきたのかしっかり回転をかけつつ、スピードのあるボールが打てるようになっていきました。そこまで特別かかるというわけではないのですが、シートも柔らかくなっているためか、かけやすくはなっているのではと思います。特にミート系の技術がやりやすく感じましたね！ブロックは若干ラケットの関係上飛ぶかなと思います。しかしそれは悪いことばかりでなく、カウンター性のブロックが出せるという意味でもあります。実際冒頭で触れたように、軽量化がなされており、それを打っていて実感することができました。なのでMAXを貼っても問題ないかなと思っています。ただ若干威力に乏しいかなと個人的には思うので、ある程度技術のある方にはバック面での使用をおすすめしたいと思います。価格も手の届きやすいものとなっているので、ぜひ一度使ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

  I'll write a review covering my experience from when I first used it up to now.
  First off, since I'd been using a 5-ply wood blade myself, I was shocked at first by how fast the ball left the blade lol
  But as I kept using it I got used to it and grew to like the feel too. The control is a bit tricky, but once you get used to it I think it becomes a really powerful weapon!
  I'm actually using the combo below right now. Personally I love the grip design - it looks so cool!
  It's been over 10 years since release, but it's still a popular blade. If you play table tennis, it's one you'll want to try at least once.
  That said, there are two things to watch out for.
  1. The grip area is hollow, so if you put on a heavy rubber it tends to become top-heavy.
  If you've got power behind your shots it's not really an issue though.
  2. Since it's an outer-carbon blade, I wouldn't recommend jumping straight to it from a plain wood blade.
  It's hard to handle unless you already have a decent level of basic technique.
  With that in mind, it might be worth trying an inner-carbon blade first (e.g. Innerforce Layer ALC) to get used to the material,
  and then switching to this one once you want a bit more bounce.

  最初使ってみて今に至るまでのレビューを書いていこうと思います。
  まず、僕自身木材5枚合板ラケットを使用していたこともあり、最初は球離れの速さに驚愕してました笑
  でも、使っていくうちに慣れて、打球感も好きになりました。コントロールがやや難しいですが、慣れれば非常に強力な武器となると思います！
  実際下の組み合わせで使用中です。個人的にはグリップのデザインが好きですね！かっこいい！
  発売から10年以上経ちますが、まだまだ人気のラケットです。卓球をやってるなら一度は使ってみたいラケットになってます。
  ただ、注意すべきことが2つ。
  1.グリップ部分が空洞になってるので、重いラバーを貼るとどうしてもトップヘビーになりがちです。
  　パワーのある方なら問題ないですが。
  2.もちろんアウターカーボン仕様になってるので、木材合板ラケットからのいきなりの移行はおすすめできないです。
  　基本技術がある程度できてないと、扱いが難しいです。
  　素材に慣れることも視野に入れて、インナーカーボンのラケットを使ってみて、(ex.インナーフォースレイヤーALCなど)
  　もうちょい弾みが欲しいなら使う、といった感じですかね。

  DIGNICS 05

  

  I put it on my forehand and gave it a test hit.
  First off, it's faster than the Tenergy 05 I'd been using. The feel on impact is obviously harder than Tenergy, but strangely enough I could still feel it gripping the ball. Before hitting, I imagined it would just fly off wildly, but the topspin drive was surprisingly easy to control. That said, I still don't have the skill to bring out this rubber's full potential lol.

  フォア面に貼って試打しました。
  まず今まで使ってきたテナジー05よりもスピードが出ますね。打球感は当然テナジーよりも硬いですが、不思議とボールをつかむ感覚は残っていました。打つ前は、やっぱりぶっ飛びみたいなのを想像していたのですが、思いのほかドライブはやりやすかったです。しかし、このラバーのポテンシャルを引き出すにはまだ自分の実力が足りないですね笑

  TENERGY 05

  

  I couldn't fully use Dignics so I went back to this one (forehand). Guess that rubber really needs some skill...
  Enough with the preamble, on to the review.
  After actually using it, I feel like I understand why it's still so popular even though it's been out for quite a while.
  The bounce is good and it gets plenty of spin. Serves bite well, and it stops nicely for the short game too. (as long as you have the skill, haha)
  It really feels like it can do just about anything, lol
  This is definitely a rubber I'd want everyone to try at least once!

  ディグニクスが使いきれず、戻しました(フォア面使用)。やっぱあのラバーは腕がないと...
  前座はここまでにして、レビューの方を。
  やっぱり使ってみてなぜ発売からかなり経ってるのに支持されているのか、その理由が分かるような気がしました。
  弾みはよく、回転もかなりかかってくれます。サーブも切れるし、台上も止まります。(腕があれば、ね)
  もう何でもござれって感じですね笑
  ぜひ一度は使っていただきたいラバーです！

  Used on the backhand.
  The speed felt almost on par with Tenergy. I think the spin is a bit weaker. Honestly, if I had to describe this rubber in one word, it would be "for the backhand" - it really is that easy to use there! I think beginner to intermediate players can make it work, but for players with more skill, when it comes to using it on the forehand, I have to say again, the lack of power is undeniable. I think it does produce speed, but when I asked my opponents, they said my forehand drives came in feeling light. So I'd still recommend using it on the backhand. As for the actual lifespan, if you ask me, even for someone who doesn't practice hard, I'd say it's good for about three months (at its peak).

  バック面に使用。
  スピードはテナジーとほぼ遜色ない印象でした。回転はやや劣ると思います。実際僕はこのラバーを一言で表すとなると、「バック面用」と言っても過言ではないくらい、バック面は本当に扱いやすかったです！初～中級者の方ならいけると思うのですが、やはり技術のある方にとっては、フォア面で使用するとなると、繰り返しお伝えすることになりますが威力不足は否めないでしょう。スピードは出る方だと思うのですが、相手に聞くと、フォアドライブは軽めの球が来ているとのことでした。なので、僕はやはりバック面での使用をおすすめします。実際寿命はと聞かれると、ハードな練習をしない方でも3ヶ月ぐらいかな(全盛期が)といった印象です。
