This is a thin-sheet rubber. It reminded me of Rozanter.
For what I could manage myself, everything was easy except for drives against backspin.
My impression is that drives against backspin just don't rise.
It's an overall flat-trajectory rubber, so that might be why.
Against topspin, though, it went into the opponent's court sharply!
The problem was spin. It just doesn't grip much. It might be my own lack of skill, but it felt lacking compared to other rubbers.

I tried it again on an outer blade.
This is one of the rubbers known as a "post-Tenergy," made to rival Tenergy. To me it felt softer than the listed hardness. There's also a 51° version of the same type, so that might be worth trying too.
There were two things different from Tenergy:
① Whether it gives you that "auto" kind of assisting feel (I did feel it on an inner blade...)
② Whether you get "kuse-dama" (balls that just won't spin)As for ①, I didn't get that sense of a clean ball coming out even when hitting from Tenergy's characteristic tight position — not on the outer blade anyway.
As for ②, I actually see that as a plus. Since the Target Pro is made in Germany, it did give me those kuse-dama. The gap between balls that spin and balls that don't is big, so it can induce mistakes from your opponent!Overall, this was a rubber good enough to be called the German version of Tenergy! Hope this helps!

I won't go so far as to say it's Tenergy, but this is a rubber with performance that rivals it!
The grip on the ball is amazing, so lifting underspin is really easy! It handles all the finer techniques without any trouble too!
There's really no technique that feels impossible or hard to do! The one difference from Tenergy is that the spin you get is proportional to how much you swing — there's no "automatic" spin generation. That's a point that cuts both ways, so I think this is a rubber well worth trying!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The spin on this is amazing, plain and simple!
If you're a topspin driver, you might feel the bounce is a bit lacking, but for a chopper, it holds the ball down really well and makes for a fantastic rubber!
Like I said, it's a rubber that holds the ball down while still giving you great spin! Definitely give it a try!
