You get spin you wouldn't expect from a rubber in the 4,000-yen range.

Compared to Rasanter R47, which is nearly the same hardness from the same maker, speed and spin are a bit lower, but you can feel that it's a little softer, which you can also tell from the bubbles in the sponge. Because of that, you get plenty of drive spin even with a slightly slower swing speed!
There's some tip wear, but I didn't feel like the sheet was losing out that much.
Rather than brushing hard, you get a good ball by making contact and adding spin somewhat gently.
Flat hitting felt a little rough. (I'd guess that's because the sheet is a touch softer.)

Bought this on my table tennis coach's recommendation.

At a glance from the side, it looks like it could be Butterfly's ZLC.
It bounces even more than the ZLC, yet you can still get solid control on soft touches like stops and pushes. Without a full swing, pretty much any rubber ends up giving you a flat, dead-straight ball, and this racket seems even more prone to that. It feels like it demands a bit more swing speed and power.
If ZLC-type outer blades are too pricey for you, why not give this a try?

Below is a comparison of the Timo Boll ZLC (ZLC), Timo Boll ALC (ALC), and the Liberta Synergy Plus (Plus)

    Bounce
    Plus > ZLC > ALC
Spin (impression, though it depends on the rubber)
    ALC > ZLC ≧ Plus
    Control
    ALC ≧ Plus > ZLC
Feel (harder as you move to the left)
    ZLC > Plus ≧ ALC
