  I'd like this to go to greedy players who want the spin of a 5-ply blade but the bounce of a 7-ply blade. Unlike the SK7, it isn't especially thick, so it has some flex that lets you get spin on the ball. I'd like beginners to try this one first, figure out whether they want more spin or more distance, and then move on to their second blade based on that.

  5枚合板ぐらいの回転量が欲しくて、7枚合板の弾みが欲しいという欲張りな人に使って欲しい。sk7のように板厚が厚いわけではないので、しなりがあるため回転がかかる。初心者にはこちらを使ってみて回転が欲しいか、飛距離が欲しいか見極めてから二本目のラケットに進んでもらいたい。

  If someone asked "name a Butterfly 5-ply blade," this is the first one that comes to mind - it's that much of a classic. The wood isn't too stiff and the blade isn't too thick, so it has a nice amount of flex. It works with any type of rubber, from Tenergy to tacky rubbers. I feel like a lot of the individual blades run a bit heavy, but that also means it bounces pretty well for a 5-ply. If you're not sure what to use, this is a safe bet.

  バタフライの5枚合板といえば？と聞かれれば最初に名前が上がる程の名作。板が硬すぎることもなく、板厚も厚すぎないため適度なしなりがある。テナジーを始め、粘着などラバーの種類を問わない。やや重めの個体が多い気がする。しかしそのおかげで5枚合板にしてはそこそこ弾む。何使おうか困ったらとりあえずこれ使っておけば安パイ。
