This is quite hard for a Skyline rubber. But for some reason it's also light. Since it's hard, the ball barely sinks in, but if you brush it when you hit, you can blow through most blocks. Because of that, loop drives and drives from a low contact point also go in. However, since it's so hard, control becomes very difficult.

I use this on the reverse side of a Chinese penhold blade.
I originally had tacky rubber on the forehand and tension rubber on the backhand, but the tension rubber bounced too much for me, so I switched to Skyline 2.
In backhand-to-backhand rallies you can hit it normally.
Drives against backspin don't have much speed, but they have that nasty penhold-style spin that can break down your opponent's block.
For blocking, if you hit the center of the rubber you get a good ball, but if you catch the edge of the rubber it doesn't bounce and goes straight into the net.
If anything it suits penhold play, and since it doesn't produce much speed I think it's more of a backhand rubber.
If you feel like tension rubber doesn't suit your backhand, or you want a tacky rubber with even less bounce, I'd really recommend giving this a try.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

When I bounce-tested it, it barely bounced at all, but once I actually hit with it, it flew surprisingly well!
I don't know if I just got a dud Skyline, but it wasn't sticky-tacky at all — more like slightly tacky.
It goes in from pretty much any position, and the spin and the curve on the topspin drive were nasty.

Using this on a chopper's blade.
Impressions:
- As a chop, it puts a ridiculous amount of spin on the ball — even if the chop comes out a bit high, the opponent still ends up dumping it into the net lol
- Since it grips so much spin, the curve-long shots also carry a ridiculous amount of spin
- On offense, topspin drives come out slow, but flat-hitting techniques are fast thanks to the hardnessI'd recommend this for choppers who want to win with variation, or for strong topspin players who want to produce tricky, unusual balls!

Exactly as the title says.
At the beginner to intermediate level, forehand-to-forehand rallies feel amazing, but the moment it turns into an all-around rally you're helpless.It gets affected by the opponent's spin easily, so a shot you meant to put spin on comes out as a knuckleball instead.
When you nail the topspin drive perfectly it's a real point-ender, but considering the consistency, it's hard to rely on.The serve is also quite tacky, so short serves carry a lot of spin, but if your touch is off it comes out as a knuckleball.
If a player with a really solid feel for the ball uses this, it's an absolute monster rubber.
People say it's a hard rubber to get hold of, but WRM carries it.

This rubber feels like Skyline NEO3 with even less bounce. Because it doesn't bounce much, it's good for keeping chops low, but the downside is that the ball doesn't travel as far. When attacking you get heavy balls, but the speed isn't great. Recommended for players who want to rip really sharp chops!

Because it flies in a straight line like a tension rubber, I found it hard to lift backspin balls with it. The amount of spin is a bit weaker.
But once you get used to it, you can hit very low loop drives that are hard for your opponent to counter. Maybe because it's on the softer side, I felt like I got pushed around by my opponent's power more easily.
It doesn't fall short on distance though, so being able to trade topspin rallies even from mid-distance is one of its strengths.All Speed Spin Control
