  This is my main blade — I'm using the old model, #17. I've seen it used at the All-Japan Inter-University qualifiers, and I've also seen strong high school players from powerhouse schools using it at local open tournaments, so I really feel how popular it is.
  The construction is ALC with an ayous core, and the top sheets are two layers of limba, exactly the same as an Inner Force ALC, so the hitting feel and control are almost identical. To begin with, an inner-ALC construction is quite close to solid wood, so even when you hit hard, unlike a ZLC, you don't get that "the material flies flat on its own regardless of what you want" effect, so control isn't a problem.
  This blade weighs close to 90g, and once total racket weight goes past 190g it suddenly becomes tough to compete at a high level in tournaments, so the rubbers you can realistically use are somewhat limited. If you put on high-end German rubbers over 50g like Rasanter, Super Ventus, Omega, or the Q series, swinging it becomes a lot of work all at once. Also, even among tacky rubbers, the Pro Turbo series comes in at close to 56g per sheet, so it's wise to avoid those too.
  In conclusion, I'd recommend looking for rubbers in the 46-48g range — Tenergy, G1, and Hurricane Neo3 being representative examples — and building a racket that comes out around 185g total.

  自分のメインラケットで、旧モデル17番を使っています。全日学予選でも使用者を見かけ、地区のオープン大会で強豪校の高校生もこれを使っているのを見て人気の高さをよく感じます。
  板構成はalc素材に内芯がアユース、上板もリンバ材2つとインナーフォースalcと全く同じで、打球感や制球度は殆ど一緒です。そもそもインナーALCの構成はかなり木材に近く、強打した時もZLCのような、「素材が勝手に直線的に飛ばしてしまう」ことがなく制球に難がありません。
  このラケットは90g近くあり、大会を上位で戦うためには190gを超えると一気に厳しくなるので、ある程度使えるラバーは限られてきます。ラザンター、スーパーヴェンタス、オメガ、Qシリーズなどの50gをこえるドイツ系ハイエンドラバーを貼ると一気に振るのが大変になります。また粘着ラバーでもproターボ系は1枚56g近くなるので控えた方が賢明です。
  結論としてはテナジー、G1、キョウヒョウneo3を代表とした46〜48gのラバーを探して、185g前後のラケットを作ることを推奨します。
