  *Used the extra-thick version on my backhand.
  Using it to improve backhand stability. In a good way it doesn't fly too much, and in a good way it doesn't grip the ball too much - that balance is nice. If you swing while being conscious of letting the ball sink into the sponge, you tend to get good shots. Put another way, while it's stable, I get the impression it's hard to produce shots that actually threaten your opponent. It has enough tolerance that you can use it from beginner level, but if you get used to it too early, the only place left to go after is Tenergy or Dignics, so in that sense it's more for intermediate players and above.
  By the way, personally I think its light weight is also one of its selling points, though compared to other manufacturers, Butterfly rubbers are generally light anyway so maybe it's not that notable. Also, about the lifespan people often talk about - it's true the topsheet does deteriorate quickly, but since it's built with a spring sponge, it does last reasonably long too, so that's also a selling point in terms of value for money.

  　バックの安定性を向上させるために使用中。良くも悪くも飛び過ぎず、良くも悪くも掛かり過ぎない感じが良いですね。食い込ませることを意識しつつ掛けるように打つと良い球が出やすいです。逆に言えば、安定はすれど相手にとって脅威となるような球は出しにくい印象です。初心者の頃から使えるほどトレランスが高いですが、早期からコレに慣れてしまうと後はテナジーやディグニクスしか先がなく、そういう意味では中級者以上向けですね。
  　ちなみに、個人的には軽さも売りの1つだと思っています。他社に比べ、バタフライ製は大体軽いので特筆するほどでないかもしれませんが。あと、巷で言われる寿命も、確かにシートは直ぐに劣化しますですがスプリングスポンジで成り立っているラバーでもありますので、まぁまぁ長く使えるというコスパ面も売りかと。

  *Used 2.0 on forehand.
  I tried it after hearing it's similar to Tenergy (I figured I'd get hooked otherwise). I've never actually hit with real Tenergy, so this comparison is against the rubbers people say are "Tenergy-like" — Ventus Extra, Evolution MX-P, and Rozena — but this one really holds the ball well. It sinks in and then releases the ball with a feel that makes you question whether it's really 48 degrees. It has a pretty strong "automatic" feel. Despite that, the short game was still easy to play, and it felt great to hit with.
  That said, even at 2.0 it gives an impression of really flying, and it's not that it grips a ton or lifts the ball a ton — it draws a stable arc, but since it's not particularly sharp, I was worried about overshooting. I felt like I needed to swing through properly or it would be risky, so I went back to Ventus Extra. All things considered, I think this is a rubber for intermediate-to-advanced players who have the skill to always swing all the way through, whether at 2.0 or even UM.

  　テナジーっぽいと聞いて打ってみました。(中毒になりそうなので)テナジー自体は打ったことがなく、「っぽい」と言われているVentus ExtraやエボMX-P、ロゼナとの比較になりますが、凄く球持ちが良いです。本当に48度なのか疑問に感じる程、食い込んでから飛ばす感覚があります。オートマ感が強めですね。その割には台上もやりやすく、打ってて気持ち良かったです。
  　ただ、2.0なのにブッ飛ぶ印象で、凄く掛かるわけでも凄く上がるわけでもなく、安定して弧線を描きますが鋭くないこともありオーバーミスが怖かったです。ちゃんと振れないと心配だと思い、Ventus Extraに戻しました。何だかんだ言っても、2.0と言わずUMでも常に振り抜けるだけの実力を持った中上級者向けのラバーだと思います。

• SUPER VENTUS

  

  *Using max thickness on both forehand and backhand.
  I've kept using it, moving it between forehand/backhand and my main/backup blades. It's excellent on both forehand and backhand. It bounces just enough without flying out of control, has a strong sense of lift, grips the ball firmly for spin, and produces good shots whether you're hitting flat, applying spin, or playing the short game. Every aspect feels like it scores somewhere between 80 and 95 out of 100, and considering the value for money, every time I think "this is good enough."
  That said, well, it's heavy. Unless you watch the weight of the rubber on the other side, the total weight can easily hit the 190g range, which narrows your options in that sense too. Unless there's a good reason not to, I've always gone with the thickest option for rubbers, but with this one I'm even thinking "thick" thickness might be worth considering instead. Still, if it were lighter it would basically be Tenergy, so I guess that price difference is the weight difference.

  　フォア・バック、メインラケット・サブラケットと転々としながら使い続けています。フォア・バックどちらでも非常に良いです。ブッ飛ばない程度に弾み、上がる感覚が強め、回転もしっかり掛かり、ミートでも掛けても台上でも良い球が出ます。どの要素でも80点以上95点未満な感じで、コスパを考慮すれば毎回「もうコレで良いや」と。
  　しかし、まぁ重い。反対面のラバー重量に気を付けないと総重量が簡単に190g台に達するので、そういう意味でも選択の幅を狭めてきます。余程のことが無い限りラバーは一番厚いものを選んできましたが、コレに関しては厚も視野に入れた方が良いとすら思っています。ただ、軽くなったらテナジーそのものですし、その価格差が重量差なんでしょうね。

  *Used at max thickness on my forehand.
  With a hardness rating of 55, I expected it to be hard, but the sheet is soft, so it actually feels softer than a typical 47.5-degree rubber. The feel on contact is genuinely "squishy."
  Thanks to the sheet, it doesn't fly when you're just controlling the ball, but thanks to the sponge, it flies quite a bit when you hit hard. The combination of tack plus a soft sheet gives your topspin drives a high arc, and control over the table is excellent. Also, there's no sense of the ball dropping at all, so you can hit with confidence.
  It's not all upsides though — being this easy to hit also means it's harder to generate real power. I don't think it suits meet-hitting techniques in particular. It's also easy to put spin on, but the amount of spin isn't that much for a tacky rubber. In terms of control, the ball lifts up nicely, but if you don't close the racket angle a bit, it's prone to overshooting given the ball speed.
  I've written a lot, but overall I think it's an easy rubber to use. It gives the impression that you'll rarely produce a bad shot if you just swing normally — the exact opposite of a temperamental rubber, and well suited to a stable, consistent style of play.

  　硬度55度ということで「硬いだろう」と思っていましたが、シートが柔らかいので並みの47.5度系より柔らかく感じます。まさに「ぐにゃ」って感じの打球感です。
  　シートのお陰で抑える時は飛ばず、スポンジのお陰で強打すると結構飛びます。粘着＋柔らかいシートにより、ドライブの弧線が高く、台上も操作性が抜群です。また、落ちる感覚が全くなく、安心して打てますね。
  　良いところばかりでなく、打ちやすい分だけ球威は出しにくい印象です。特にミート系技術には向かないと思います。また、回転を掛けやすいですが、回転量は粘着の割に多くありません。コントロール面では、しっかり上がる半面、面を抑えないと球速の割にオーバーミスしやすいところがあります。
  　色々書きましたが、使いやすいラバーだと思います。とりあえず振っておけば悪い球が出にくい印象で、ピーキーの真逆、安定した立ち回りに適していますね。

  RESONATE GI

  

  I'd been searching forever for a blade with a thick, flat grip, weight toward the handle, and a special (inner) material construction, and this is the one that finally delivered. I've been using it since it first came out, and for some reason it feels like the inner version of the Viscaria that no manufacturer will actually make (the GO is closer, though). The big difference from the Viscaria, aside from being an inner construction, is that the material is different too, so the speed is relatively slow. It even feels like it can fall a bit short compared to some 5-ply blades, let alone other 7-plies. That said, when putting spin on the ball you get that fiber-like feeling of holding the ball, while still having a carbon-like sensation at the very end, so it's easy to attack with spin. I'd recommend it to players with a style of keeping the blade face level and putting spin on the ball while pushing through it.
  *Comparing the grip feel, the Viscaria's is more comfortable to me, so I really wish Tamas would release an inner version of the Viscaria. The Rozena GI is also good, but it's more linear and doesn't have the same "sticking to the ball" feeling as the Viscaria.

  グリップが太め・平ためで、手元重心、特殊素材(インナー)系という条件で探し続け、やっと出てくれたラケットです。発売当初から使っていますが、何故か頑なに何処のメーカーも出してこないビスカリアのインナー版っぽさを感じます(GOの方が似てますが)。ただ、ビスカリアと大きく違う点はインナーというだけでなく素材の違いもありスピードが比較的ゆっくりめです。7枚合板より、割と5枚合板にも劣る場合があるのではないかと感じるほどです。その分、回転を掛ける際にファイバー系のような球持ちの良さを感じられつつも最後はカーボン系の感覚があるので、回転を掛けて攻めやすいです。ラケットの面を水平にして回転を掛けて押し込むプレースタイルの人にオススメです。
  ※グリップ(持ち心地)を比べてみるとビスカリアの方がしっくり来るので、タマスに置かれましてはビスカリアのインナー版を出してほしいですね。リゾネイトGIも良い方ですが直線的で、ビスカリアの吸い付く感じには劣ると感じます。
