I'm using max thickness sponge on my forehand.
It doesn't bounce unexpectedly, and you can still put spin on it, so above all it lets you attack with your serves.
Countering drives is also easy, but I felt this is a rubber you can't fully handle unless you have both the dynamic vision to track the ball and the skill to sink the ball into the rubber when you hit.
Flat hitting is really easy above all. You can hit low-trajectory smashes, so I can recommend it to players who like to catch their opponent off guard.

Using this on my forehand with medium sponge thickness.
    (1) Serves have great spin, no question
    (2) Drives are easy, and so are chiquitas
    (3) Even meet hits generate spin
Just like the maker claims, I can really recommend this to people aiming for quick, short rallies.

I had this glued on my forehand.
Since switching to this rubber, my net misses have gone way down.
I don't often play from away from the table, but in practice I had no trouble with topspin rallies either.
It grips really well on serves for lots of spin.
I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants to step up from a rubber in the 5,000 yen range but thinks Tenergy is too expensive.

I used this on my backhand back in high school.
As for the feel, it's a harder rubber, so I'd say it's better suited for players who like to meet the ball.
After I started college, I switched to a short pips rubber, the VO103 (VICTAS), and didn't really notice much difference in feel, so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for spin from their rubber.
