I've used all kinds of large-ball rubbers over the years — JUIC, Armstrong, Mizuno, TSP, Nittaku (Royal, Jewel), and Donic.
Among all of them, Allegro has such a high balance of "speed" and "spin" that even when I try other rubbers, I always end up going back to Allegro.
The feel on impact has more backbone than other rubbers and is high-tension. It's easy to control both loops and angled shots with just how much power I put in.
That said, it's a bit harder than the others, so blocks and pushes might be tricky until you get used to it.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
