I use it on my backhand and J1 on my forehand.
It feels faster and more powerful than Tenergy, easier to control than Dig, and slightly more sticky, so it's easier to put spin on.
It's also lighter than Dig, so it feels easy to handle even without the power.
It's easy to use on the table and block, but I feel like it's a little lacking in counters and pulls (on the backhand), so it's best for players at a level where they don't need to back down and just need to be able to block or get a third shot (around the prefectural top 16, or intermediate level).
It's better value for money than using Dig in a weird way, and if you want to be able to win properly without relying too much on rubber, it's actually better to use it.
As you get stronger, you can switch to Dig or something.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I tested it on my forehand and used J2 on my backhand.
It doesn't fly as far as the Dig 09c, but it does fly better than the Kyohyo.
Personally, I felt like the 09c flew too far, so I sacrificed the spin and went for the easier feel of the Kyohyo.
It's easy to use on the table, the weight is decent, and the sheet is soft and not as snappy as the 09c, making it easy to connect shots and of course possible to make a finishing shot.
However, because the sponge is 55°, I think only those who can make a solid contact will be able to make a finishing shot.
Since the 09c flies so easily, it doesn't matter if you slack off on that, so I personally recommend it to people who usually swing hard with the Kyohyo and want to add a little speed but are looking for a rubber that doesn't bounce too much.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Changed from Zhang Jike, forehand as is, backhand Tenergy 05 → Dig 05 → 09c
The ball holding of the racket is probably longer, and Tenergy 05 is too hard to handle, so I use Dig 05. It is easy to use and powerful, but has no quirks, so I changed to 09c and finally the backhand is stable
I was using Nittaku's Kyohyo NEO3 (39 degrees) for the forehand, but it is softer than Zhang Jike, so the power is slightly reduced, so I changed to Kyohyo 41 degrees on the net and it is quite stable
It is easier to handle than Zhang Jike, but it has no quirks and has strangely good ball holding, so I get the impression that almost everyone who uses this racket with tension systems plays in a similar way
It's a classic, but it's easy to get used to, so it seems better to combine it with a sticky system
