I think this rubber's biggest strength is that it lets you do a lot of different techniques!
Among vertical-pips short pips rubbers, this one puts on quite a lot of spin, so you can drive with it, do short-pips-style flat hits and smashes, and pull off chiquita-type techniques without any problem.
One drawback is that it's a pretty high-tension rubber, so it's quite bouncy. It's also soft, so if you're not a fan of soft rubbers it might feel a bit tricky..
If you're fine with a bouncy rubber and want to get into short pips, I think you really can't go wrong picking this one!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Among medium-hardness rubbers, this one falls into the easy-to-use category with a softer sheet. The sponge is firm, so even intermediate-to-advanced players should be able to get decent power and spin out of it. It has no real quirks and is easy to handle overall, but it's a bit of a shame that it doesn't have any standout strength either. That's probably why intermediate-to-advanced players don't tend to favor it..
I also tried it out for chopping, and it felt quite good. When the opponent hits a strong shot, the ball naturally sinks into the sponge and picks up spin, so it comes back in a high arcing trajectory that lands easily on the opponent's side.
This is an all-around rubber that works for attacking or chopping, close to the table or away from the table!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This racket has "HARD" in its name, but I could clearly feel the flex resonate in my hand. I think it'll be easy to use even with a fairly hard tension rubber.
With a hard rubber on, countering was very easy. It's soft, but it holds up well against the opponent's power, so I think it suits players who grind out rallies or play a counter style more than players who like to initiate the attack themselves.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft

The bounce is held back a bit compared to Dignics 05, and it's a rubber where you can really feel the ball hold onto it. 05 felt like it was for advanced players, while 80 feels more suited to intermediate-to-advanced players.
Blocks that seem to grab the ball felt really good and stayed consistent.
It's stable even from away from the table. Lobbing was very easy, which makes sense since Jun Mizutani used this rubber.
It's a rubber for all-around players who play at every distance from the table!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Since a lot of top players use this rubber, it's extremely high performance.
Unlike Tenergy, it's less about the rubber putting spin on automatically and more about generating spin with your own technique. That said, blocks still come out with a nice arc and stay stable. It's strong against topspin, and my counters were consistent. Since it flies well, that's expected, but I think the short game really puts a player's skill to the test.
If you're an advanced player using tension rubbers, I don't think you'll go wrong picking this one!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
