A friend of mine uses the OX version, and honestly, this rubber is basically cheating lol
First off, even with no sponge, you can swing a normal backhand with it. Of course, being long pips, it comes out a bit knuckle-like. Chop blocks don't have a high spin ceiling, but they get a lot of variation. And above all, this rubber's real weapon is the push. Put some impact into it, and even low balls land on the table really consistently. And it's crazy fast too. The performance is simple, but it's very easy to handle and powerful.
It's OX, but I also gave chopping a try. It goes in fine, but honestly the sponge version would've been better for that lol. Either way, this rubber suits close-to-the-table play more than chopping.
It's a bit of a niche pick, but I can really recommend it to unorthodox close-to-the-table players!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

This rubber is a long pips rubber built with high-tension technology, and I'd say its position is something like the Dignics series in the inverted-rubber world.
If you catch the chop too low it flies off the table, so it demands a delicate touch, but if you swing firmly from high to low and send the ball with your whole body, you get a really nicely cut chop.
Also, even though it's long pips, I could swing my backhand like with short pips. So I think it also suits players who like tricky play close to the table.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Since this is a tacky tension rubber, it really embodies the best of both tacky and tension rubbers.
Backspin balls are easy to lift, and it has the specs to hold its own even against strong spin-on-spin techniques like countering.
That said, for a tacky rubber it doesn't produce insane amounts of spin — it felt more like a "manual" rubber where the more effort you put into your swing, the more spin and speed you get out of it.

If I had to describe this rubber in one word, it would be "doesn't lose to the opponent's spin." The sheet is firm enough that you can tell just by looking at it, and techniques where strong spins collide — like counters and chops — are unmatched in how easy they are to do.
This is a review from a chopper's perspective, but chopping against loops is very easy with this rubber. It flies quite a bit, so as long as you control the spin, it lands in the opponent's court just right on its own. Also, when you sneak in a topspin long shot or a counter, it flies at high speed and is quite hard for the opponent to handle. Counter-attacking smashes and speed drives are also basically unreturnable if hit by a player with some decent power.
However, against speed drives and smashes, it bounces a lot, so it's a little hard to control. But once you get that under control, it naturally develops variation and lets you send fast chops, so while it takes some getting used to, it's really not a problem at all.

Before I hit with it, I expected it would fly fast, but in practice it turned out to be a blade with good ball-holding and stability.
Being a Butterfly blade, it pairs really well with Tenergy and Dignics-series rubbers. Paired with Tenergy, you get stable, high spin performance, and the carbon gives you extra speed when you hit hard. Paired with Dignics, it takes a fair amount of skill, but you can produce shots that are strong in both spin and speed while staying stable.
That said, since it has carbon in it, it does bounce more than a pure wood blade. A lot of top players use it too, so rather than using it as a beginner or lower intermediate, I'd recommend switching to it when you're stepping up from intermediate to advanced level.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft
