I switched from the Timo Boll CAF to this racket as my main one, and it's a really good racket.
It provides stability for both forehand and backhand shots, but until you get used to it, you'll only be hitting poor quality shots.
I think getting used to it is a prerequisite, but I felt that especially with this racket. However, once you get used to it, it's such a good racket that you'll feel like you can hit anything.

I heard it was good for the backhand, so I used it there.
