  When I switched to chopper style, I put a Curl P1R on my backhand at the time (before that I'd been inverted rubber on both sides).
  It was my first time with long pips, but I got used to it without too much trouble.
  Lower-pip rubbers are probably easier to handle, but I think if you start out with this one, you'll end up able to handle any long pips rubber, so to speak.
  The variation it produces is huge, and I think it's a great rubber.

  カットマンに転向したとき、当時のカールP1Rをバック面に貼りました。（それまでは裏・裏でした）
  初めての粒高でしたが、それほど苦戦することなく馴染めました。
  粒が低いラバーの方が扱いはしやすいでしょうが、このラバーを最初のラバーにしておけば、逆に言うとどの粒高でも使いこなせるスキルを習得できるんじゃないかと思います。
  変化は大きく、良いラバーだと思います。

  I used this back when I played as a chopper.
  Personally, I found it easier to put spin on the ball than with Tackiness, so I liked using it. (At the time, I felt the spin performance was better than the catalog numbers suggested.)
  But after the switch to plastic balls, when I tried this rubber again, it barely spun, barely bounced...
  My blade was a Cutlass.
  In modern table tennis, I guess it's positioned as basically a slightly upgraded toy blade?
  Still, I think the control is outstanding.

  昔、カットマンしてた時に使ってました。
  個人的にはタキネスよりも回転がかけやすかったことから、好んで使用してました。（当時は、カタログ値の数値よりスピン性能は上だと感じてました）
  しかし、プラスチックボールになってからこのラバーを使用してみると、回転かからないわ飛ばないわ...
  ラケットはカトラスでした。
  現代卓球似おいては、おもちゃのラケットに毛が生えたような位置付けなのでしょうか。
  しかし、コントロールだけは抜群だと思います。

  HADRAW5 - CS

  

  I switched from shakehand to Chinese penhold with this one.
  I originally mainly used a shakehand blade for chopping, so I was looking for a blade with a moderate amount of speed and settled on this.
  Besides this, I also tried the Hadraw VR-CS, but that one was a pretty finicky racket.
  This one gives the impression of landing shots naturally with a normal swing, so it feels like you need less fine-tuning.

  シェークハンドから中国式ペンに転向したものです。
  もともとカットマン用のシェークハンドをメインで使用していたので、適度な弾みのラケットを探してコレにしました。
  これ以外に、ハッドロウVR-CSも試してみましたが、そちらはかなりピーキーなラケットでした。
  こちらはナチュラルに振って入ってくれる印象で、微調整が少なくて済む感じです。
