    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly rated as a versatile racket for beginners to intermediate players, though its weight and limited spin performance become drawbacks as players improve. Multiple reviewers note that racket feel changes significantly depending on rubber selection.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Excellent control performance, easy for beginners to handle
    • Great cost-performance ratio relative to price
    • Racket itself is heavy but offers flex and bounce
    • Racket performance varies greatly with rubber choice
    • Lacks spin and speed when players reach intermediate level
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveA racket recommended for beginners to intermediate players. Both forehand and backhand shots land stably, control is easy, and it's very user-friendly. The accessible price is also appealing.
▽ CriticalFor a beginner racket it's quite heavy, and as you progress, the limited rotation and speed become limiting, requiring eventual upgrade.

ONE (Experience: 2〜3 years) Bounce that defies its beginner status

      Player reviews

The bounce is about on par with the Swat. But it has some flex to it.
It holds its own against other 5-ply and 7-ply blades too.
It's not heavy either, so I'd recommend it for beginners without much power.
That said, you don't really get much feel when you hit the ball, haha.

(Experience: 4〜5 years) Is this really for beginners...?

      Player reviews

I used this back when I first started playing table tennis. At the time I thought this was just normal, so when I tried a beginner's blade someone else was using, I couldn't hide my surprise! I mean, it's so control-focused that the ball barely goes anywhere lol. It's the perfect blade to start with. It's the ultimate blade — great control combined with real destructive power. Plus the grip shape is great and makes it easy to put spin on the ball! Definitely give this one a try...!

R-PEY (Experience: 6〜10 years) Don't underestimate this beginner racket - classic Butterfly

      Player reviews

Great value for money considering the price and performance.
Beginners can start with Sriver, then switch to Rozena once they reach an intermediate level —
I think this is a blade you can use for a long time.
I had anti-spin rubber on my backhand,
and it did a decent job of neutralizing my opponent's power shots.

Table tennis beginner but wants to be strong (Experience: 2〜3 years) So-so

      Player reviews

I'd recommend this for beginners. It's pretty easy to play with and doesn't tire your hand out.
As you keep playing, you'll probably start thinking "I want more spin" or "I want more speed." Once you've gotten some experience under your belt, I'd recommend picking up another blade.

C location wild beef (Experience: 2〜3 years) My first racket

      Player reviews

At first I had Sriver EL on both forehand and backhand. The sweet spot felt small and it didn't seem to fly well. The rebound felt average, and I think it's meant for all-round play.
When the Sriver EL started wearing out, I switched to Safira on the forehand and Flextra on the backhand. The rebound of Flextra and the rebound of the TB5a didn't match up well, so I switched the forehand to Sriver EL and the backhand to Safira. It's very easy to control, and for a beginner-oriented blade, I think it has really good rebound - a good blade overall. Sorry for the long post.

      Player reviews

I tried putting good rubber on this blade, and as a result, the rubber's performance was so amazing that I felt like the blade's own characteristics kind of faded into the background. I'm satisfied, so all 10s from me.

beginner (Experience: Less than a year) My thoughts after 8 months of use

      Player reviews

At first I had Sriver on the forehand and Mark V on the backhand. The speed was so-so, but the control was outstanding.
As a beginner, I think the spin was pretty good too. I switched the rubbers to Roundell and Sriver FX, and this combo is way easier to use by far.
