It's already been discontinued for a long time, but its performance is every bit as good as, if not better than, current blades.

It's a 7-ply blade with that much destructive power, and yet you can still hit solid, stable drives and serves. The power on counters and smashes is really high. So why on earth did they discontinue it...

Since it's a 7-ply, the drives feel heavy.
I always had the image that 7-ply blades were hard to use, but the feel is a bit on the soft side, which actually makes it easier to control. Personally, I love the feel of the hit.The downside is the weight... If you put something like Hurricane Neo on it, I think it'd end up feeling like a lead weight...
The potential of this blade as a piece of equipment is high, so it really comes down to whether you can handle it or not...But seriously, between the Amultart and the Reygant, why does Butterfly keep discontinuing such great blades...

I bought this back in high school and used it for a really long time. When I came back to table tennis after a break, it felt heavy, hard, and way too fast, so for a while I switched to a springier 7-ply blade that toned the speed down. Once I'd gotten my feel back, I picked SK7 back up again.
Butterfly blades in general seem to be pressed really firmly, so there's almost no flex — it feels almost like a tennis racket strung with gut, biting into the ball right around the sweet spot. The SK7 blade is no exception: it's hard, but the bounce is very consistent. When you tap just the bare wood, it makes a high, tight, satisfying sound.
It's a bit on the heavy side, so female players might feel they don't have quite enough power to swing through it, but I think it's a classic blade that manages to combine bounce, power, and control at a high level even in the plastic ball era.Unfortunately it's already been discontinued, so if there's any dead stock left I'd love to buy it up lol.
There's a successor line called the Hadraw series, and it sounds like the ply construction has changed a bit, but as the successor to the SK7 line I'm sure it's a great blade too. After all, it's a Butterfly blade, and the quality is always excellent!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard

This is just my personal opinion, but the feel is kind of plasticky, so it's a love-it-or-hate-it thing. I personally like it.

It's already discontinued, but... The feel is soft for a 7-ply blade. I personally like this feel. The speed is incredible, and it gets plenty of spin too. I put G-1 on the backhand, and this blade covers G-1's weak point, which is speed. And since you still get good spin, I have no complaints. However, it's heavy! Mine is a fairly normal 95 grams, but apparently some go over 100 grams. Both rubbers I used were heavy too, so the total went over 190 grams and I couldn't swing it properly... The performance is beyond complaint, so I think it's fine to go with lower-spec rubber to balance it out.

A 7-ply blade is indeed heavy, but once you get used to it, it delivers tremendous power, so if you stick with it and polish your drive, one shot is all it takes!
