      I switched from the Solid Pro, and this feels like a completely different racket.
      Compared to the Solid Pro, the ball-gripping sensation is clearly different, and the ball comes off the blade faster.
      It's clearly bouncier than my Timo Boll ALC.
      Personally, it doesn't grip the ball too much and the ball is fast, so I plan to keep using it for a while.

      I bought this because it's said to be the outer version of the same maker's Solid Pro, but I found the feel is quite different.
      The Solid Pro had a strong wood-like feel, but this one really brings out the special-material feel.
      That said, it's not a stiff, carbon-like feel — a slightly softer feel on contact is what stands out.

      It had more distance than the Solid Pro, and I got a good impression from fast-paced, punchy play close to the table, so I think it'd be especially good for players who fight from close-to-mid distance.

      Before buying I imagined something like the Timo Boll Spark, but
      the Solid Aim has a standard blade thickness of 6mm, which made it easy to use.
      (The Timo Boll Spark is apparently 5.4mm.)
      The feel is also milder because of the thicker blade.

      Performance-wise it handles everything competently, so I don't think it's picky about rubber.
      The weight also averages on the lighter side, same as the Solid Pro, so you should be able to match it with a rubber suited to your level and preferred feel.

      It's more mellow than carbon, so I'd recommend it to players who fight close-to-mid distance, or to anyone stepping up from a more wood-like racket.
