DHS released the Hurricane Sa, and I liked the purple design - plus I'm a fan of Sun Yingsha - so I decided to just go ahead and buy it.
The racket weighs 94g with a board thickness of 6mm.
Hearing it was an inner blade, I expected it to grip the ball and spin heavily, but when I actually played with it, the feel was closer to an outer blade.
Maybe because the core ply is thicker, the ball comes off fast and it's easy to generate ball speed, but oddly enough it still produces a nice arc - a strange blade in that sense.
Out of everything I've played with, it felt closest to blades like the Dynasty Carbon or Carbonado 145 - ones that snap the ball off fast but somehow still arc. (Maybe that's because Sun Yingsha originally used the Carbonado 45, so it makes sense it would feel similar.)
Against backspin, whether driving or countering, even light hits turned into clean winners.
It also gets good distance from mid-distance and away from the table, so I never lost out in topspin rallies either.
The grip shape is the same slim type as other DHS blades like the Long 5, which made it easy to swing through on my forehand.
The average weight for this racket is around 90g, but I often see heavier units, and the head is on the larger side too, so I think you definitely need to keep the weight in mind.
