God What is this feel?

I normally use an X series Red with Tenergy 64 max thickness and Bryce Speed max thickness glued on. The first thing that made me go "hmm?" was the feel. Honestly, I can't tell if it's good or bad. The feel doesn't seem consistent... or maybe I just don't get it. A chopper friend of mine said the feel was great. The next thing I noticed was that the ball comes off slow, so it's easy to put spin on chops! At first it's not very stable. Once you get used to it, it's a pretty solid piece of equipment. I'm an attacking player, so keep in mind this is just an attacker's impression.

I'm a chopper with short pips on the backhand.
This blade is really light, and the feel is a bit hollow and poppy.
Because of that, it transmits a lot to your hand, so I can't really recommend it.
Also, even smashes and drives hit with everything you've got come out slow, and if you don't place them well they'll just get returned.
Chopping gives some stability since it takes the pace off the opponent's shots, but because the blade is so light, if you swing all the way through, the blade itself can end up flying out of your hand.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

I'm an all-round player, but I also enjoy playing around as a chopper sometimes, so I bought this with the concept of "light and easy to use" in mind and gave it a try.
It's really light, no question.
The blade is thin, so it flexes a lot.
Personally I prefer thicker blades, 5.8mm and up, so a thin blade like this is honestly a bit hard for me to use...
I had a woman who plays a close-to-the-table blocking style try it, though, and her feedback was that it was very easy to use.
If you put short pips on the backhand side, you can produce a lot of knuckle balls quite easily and it seems easy to control, so I think it's a blade that's easy to handle for women.
Since the blade is large, it also works fine as a chopping blade, and since the blade itself is super light, one of the strong points of this racket is that you can put heavier rubbers on it without worrying about the total weight.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft

It's light but still easy to hit with. Once you get used to it, it's really easy to use, and you can pull off drives and smashes too.

The grip material is rough. If you don't put grip tape on it, I think the shock will get to your hand and your arm won't hold up. I think softer rubber on the forehand transmits less shock to your hand.

I glued on the thickest rubber available on both sides, but the first thing I noticed was just how light it is!
At first I worried that being so light might make chops fly off the table, but since the blade itself doesn't bounce at all,
the lightness and the lack of bounce balanced each other out really nicely!
Also, just like the catalog description says,
it flexes a ton, so I think you need some technique to really cut the ball!
For attacking, the lightness makes it really easy to swing through, and you can get shots as fast as an attacking player's!
One downside is that, since it's so light, I think it might be hard for beginners to kill the power of their opponent's shots.
If you're going to use this blade, I think it's best suited for someone who already has solid chopping fundamentals!Sorry for the long review!
