It's already been discontinued for a long time, but its performance is every bit as good as, if not better than, current blades.
As long as you can swing all the way through the heavy ball you get from a 7-ply blade, you'll be fine.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

It's designed completely with attack in mind, so I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to hammer fast topspin drives on the 2nd and 3rd ball!

Being a mid-fast, 5-ply blade in the Korbel family, I think it can help intermediate players develop the more advanced skills they need.

The stable speed off the rubber, combined with that knuckleball trajectory, really gets me.

The ball bounces off it in a way that's almost fun, and it gives you a dynamic feel that 5-ply blades just don't have.
