The Corbel has a slightly larger blade and is a five-ply wood design with a good balance of spin and bounce. This provides excellent offensive and defensive stability, and I felt it was a racket that brought out the best in any rubber.
However, as mentioned in the title, it's important to note that this racket varies greatly from one player to another. Performance varies significantly depending on the weight, with rackets in the mid-80g range having reduced bounce like a cut player's racket, those in the mid-90g range having a bounce closer to an inner racket, and rackets approaching 100g having a bounce closer to an outer racket. I recommend choosing a racket that suits you. Also, even for rackets of the same weight, the darker the top board, the stronger the bounce, so I think it's an area where preferences vary.
Personally, I found that a racket that's slightly lighter than average, with a less dark top board and weighing around 90g, is best for achieving a balance of spin and bounce and being easy to swing.
