It's a light blade that doesn't bounce all that much, with great maneuverability. It doesn't give you a lot of distance, but it responds properly even to fast swings.
It's light. Just really, really light.

This is on par with the STIGA Allround Evolution as a top choice for table tennis beginners. It doesn't have that runaway bounce, so you can practice really holding the ball on the blade and driving properly. It's also affordable. Once you've practiced enough that your drives start catching in the net a lot, or the speed and power start feeling lacking, that's when it's time to move on to a new blade.
