It's hard to use and I don't like it — if I had to say, I'd say you shouldn't buy it. There are other blades in the same price range like the Hadraw JPV or the Acute, and I think those are better.

Unlike the square shape that regular penhold loopers usually handle, this one has excellent maneuverability, so if you want to use pushes and blocks as a scoring weapon, definitely give it a try!
