Personally, I find every hard TSP blade easy to use, and they balance really well when paired with a soft rubber. This one is the same — very easy to use. It doesn't flex much and the dwell time is short, so it's a bit harder to generate spin, but speed is boosted to make up for it, which makes it a good match for close-to-the-table quick attackers, loop drivers, and players who mainly hit flat. The blade surface is on the small side, so opinions will vary, but it's correspondingly light. I think it can satisfy everyone from beginners just starting table tennis up to intermediate players. If you want more spin, I'd recommend pairing it with a tacky rubber or a spin-oriented tension rubber.

The speed is decent, but there's basically no spin on it. I'm currently using a Jun Mizutani ZLC, and I think you should use a blade with special materials before switching to this. If you do, you'll start landing good shots. But let me say it again —
no spin at all!!

I just started playing table tennis, but the Gaia II, which combines both control and an attack-focused feel, is something I'd really recommend for beginners. That said, since it's a 5-ply blade, if you glue the rubber on first and then trim it, the blade gets in the way and makes it difficult, so I'd recommend either trimming the rubber before gluing it, or using edge tape that also covers the rubber.
