Speed is top-notch! Really great!
Spin bites too! Also great!
Control is so-so. (A bit tricky since it has carbon in it)
The feel is great to play with! Crisp and full of that refreshing snap!
Hardness is on the firm side.
It has good heft, so you won't get pushed around by your opponent's shots! (rubber included)

Let me say this upfront: this is for long pips on the backhand. I was impressed that the underside works well too.
Forehand: pretty good. Bounce and spin are well balanced. Pairs great with Factive.
Backhand: You'd think it might bounce too much, but pushes go in sharp and precise no matter what. Blocks stay nice and short if you just meet the ball, and above all, it rips serious spin.

Since it's carbon, it makes that nice "kakon kakon" sound! Pairing it with Rigan or Factive makes it really easy to use. In my case though, I committed the outrage of putting pips on a carbon blade (lol)

It's actually pretty workable⁉︎
Above all, pushes are easy to pull off. Just swing and it mostly goes in. Blocks are fine too as long as you add your own cut. So I'd say extra-thin sponge or OX rubber works best.

Borrowed this from a friend to test. Used the ST version.
Speed and spin were decent.
Control didn't feel that difficult.
But since it has carbon in it, the feel was on the harder side, and I just couldn't get to like that part of it.
As for rubber, I'd definitely recommend Factive. Moristo SP also felt pretty good.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Test-hit a friend's blade.
It had Factive on both sides, and it felt great.
The feel has little quirkiness, so it should work with a pretty wide range of rubbers.
Given it's called Factive Carbon, it makes sense that it pairs well with Factive rubber,
but it's also a good blade that can handle a step up to the Fastarc series.

I use Factive on both sides, so this review is based on that setup. When I counter or block, the feel really resonates through my hand in a satisfying way. It also makes a great sound on contact. Getting both of those at once feels great, so it's fun to play with. This blade is hard, so I think it pairs well with soft rubbers.
