You can tell just by touching it - it's super soft.
And it's not suited to forehand (unless you're a chopper, that's a different story).
I'd recommend it for people whose backhand topspin drive isn't stable.
I actually had a junior teammate who'd been using Bryce High Speed on their backhand try this instead.
It became noticeably more stable and they clearly got stronger in a short amount of time.
(It was actually my fault they'd been using Bryce High Speed in the first place.)

I have it on my backhand.
Personally I find blocking easy, but when I try to hit a backhand topspin drive, it's hard to get spin on it.

I switched over from Vega Asia.
The feel is on the softer side. It doesn't bounce as much as I expected, so I didn't get much speed, but it does get a decent amount of spin. It feels stable.
I thought it might be good for beginners or women players.
For the price, the performance is really good.

It's soft and bouncy, so if you just hit it, it goes in. To put it in extreme terms, you can hit normally without even thinking about the opponent's spin and it'll still go in. On the other hand, maybe because it's so soft, it doesn't offer much control.
Taking it further, in a way you get pretty much the same shot no matter how you hit it. If you swing hard, the soft rubber absorbs it and you get a moderate ball. If you hit lightly, the soft rubber springs back and you also get a moderate ball.
So for someone who just wants to get the ball on the table, it comes across as a rubber with good control, but for someone who wants to actively control the ball themselves, it comes across as a rubber that's hard to control - the evaluation ends up split between two extremes.All Speed Spin Control

This was the rubber I chose for my backhand the first time I switched rubbers after joining the table tennis club in junior high.
Before that I'd been using Yasaka Original Extra,
and after trying this one, it felt like "the same high level of control you get from a control rubber, but with the other performance areas - especially spin - boosted."
I don't think there are many tension rubbers out there with this much control.
It's that beginner-friendly, and the spin is plenty high too, so I'd recommend it even to intermediate players who struggle with forehand or backhand, or who are looking for consistency.All Speed Spin Control

It's too soft, so it's really only suited for beginners.
If you let the ball sink into the sponge, you can get a decent amount of spin.
It's heavily affected by incoming spin, so receiving is difficult.All Speed Spin Control
