Highly rated as a control-focused rubber for beginners to intermediate players, while opinions are divided on the lack of speed and spin. Many recommend its use on the backhand side.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Excellent control performance with high stability
    • Soft sheet and sponge make it easy for beginners to handle
    • Particularly suitable for backhand side use
    • Good cost-performance with long durability
    • Limited maximum speed and spin potential
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveVery easy to use even for beginners, with solid spin generation and good speed output. An extremely versatile rubber suitable for beginners through intermediate players.
▽ CriticalThe rubber is too soft and absorbs the ball excessively, causing net errors for aggressive players. Speed-driven smashes struggle with stability and lack power.

Compared to the Vega Asia, the speed is a bit lower. It's easy to control, so it's perfect for players who rely heavily on topspin drives. I also think it's good for beginners looking to level up.

VEGA series the best! ! (Experience: Less than a year) A soft, easy-to-handle rubber.

I'm currently using it on the backhand of my backup blade. The speed and spin are decent, but the stability really stands out.
It's a backhand-oriented rubber that's easy for anyone to use.

Cut Man (Experience: 4〜5 years) A decently good rubber

      Reviews by user

You get a decent amount of spin on your serves. It doesn't have much speed, so I think it's best used to break the opponent down with placement and spin. As for receive, I have it on my forehand and long pips on my backhand, so on the backhand I chop, and on the forehand I loop drive if the ball's off the table or flick if it's short. Because it's soft, stopping the ball short is difficult. For drives, I think it's best to really sink the ball in - grazing shots tend to be unstable. For chops, you can also produce knuckle (no-spin) chops, and if you really use your wrist you can get a lot of backspin. It also works fine for topspin rallies as long as you sink the ball in enough. If you're an attacking-style player, I'd recommend putting it on your backhand.

It generates plenty of spin and lands exactly where you aim. That said, it doesn't produce much speed, so I had it on my backhand.

I'm currently using it on my backhand, and since I attack a lot off my backhand, the high level of control really helps me out.

Pacific cod (Experience: 2〜3 years) Wonderful

      Reviews by user

It's great in every way except speed. Plenty of spin on serves, plenty of spin on drives. Whatever you do, you get a decent ball out of it. But the speed just isn't there! That's the one thing I really want to say! Honestly, I'd avoid using this rubber for long serves and smashes. It's slow and doesn't have much carry...
Anyway, my conclusion is that it's pretty usable for anyone whose game doesn't revolve around smashes and long serves! Also, I'd recommend it for the backhand!

Cross-sectional 捨離 (Experience: 2〜3 years) Way too easy to use

      Reviews by user

I used it mounted on a Butterfly SA-01 blade.
It didn't generate that much spin, but the sponge is soft and makes it really easy to control. With good performance and great value for money, it's a rubber that works for everyone from beginners to advanced players.
