Using black 1.8 on my backhand.
First off, the consistency is amazing!
It's also got good bounce, and my backhand drives were great in both speed and spin.
Blocking was really stable, and it was easy to place shots or vary the pace.
The ball sinks into the sponge nicely so I could get plenty of spin.
It's a well-rounded rubber with no real weaknesses, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a soft, bouncy rubber for their backhand.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Easy to put spin on and it's fast too. It feels like it grips the ball, so it can handle just about any technique. Personally I also feel like it holds up well in humidity.

When I first posted about this, I didn't really get what was so good about it, but after using it for a while I finally figured it out.
First, it holds its own in topspin rallies. It gives you good distance and lets you put solid spin on the ball. Then there's the loop drive - you can really load it up with spin and score plenty of points even with loops. Serves get good spin too, honestly nothing to complain about. This is a godlike rubber.

Maybe it's because the blade flies pretty flat, but I felt like the ball didn't arc much. That made it hard to keep on the table.
That said, it was quite fast, and I got a good amount of spin on it too. It might take some time to get used to, though.
If you're going to use this rubber, it might be a good idea to pair it with an inner-ply or a 5-ply wood blade. Though it really depends on personal preference.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Pretty standard performance. It's close to Vega Europe/Asia in feel, so I'd call it a rubber for everyone. It can handle any technique reasonably well.

The first thing I noticed was how often the ball actually goes in. I might just not be that good, but ever since switching to Roundell, way more of my shots land than before.
Drives are easy to hit.
If you use your hips properly when you swing, you get a clean drive that goes in.

This was a really easy rubber to handle.
Every technique was easy to do,
except blocking felt a bit harder.
It might just be my particular sheet, but my copy of Roundell tore pretty quickly.
