Donic Acuda S1 is a very fast rubber with outstanding spin qualities. Close to or away from the table it is possible to play "loop-loop" as in the days of speed glued rubbers. Despite its medium-hard sponge, ACUDA S1 is easily controllable and has a great feel. You can count on ACUDA S1 even in an awkward situation. This rubber may be fast but ball control is excellent.
Basic character: spin-focused, high precision fast rubber. Player's style: aggressive, first ball attack, close to the table.

It doesn't lose easily even against high-end rubbers like Tenergy or Dignics.
You can trade shots on equal footing with each maker's top rubbers, like Fastarc G1 or V15.
It might not be enough for national-level players, but I think it's plenty for prefectural-level students or middle-aged senior players.

Used on forehand. It's a German rubber that grips the ball well. It feels like an all-around rubber with decent spin and speed. The control might be a bit lacking, though. Even in the short game, the bounce feels different from what you'd expect, so it seems like it would take some time to get used to.
For the price, the performance feels a bit low, so I don't think the value for money is great. It lacks a finishing touch on the forehand, so it seems better suited to backhand rallying or plays that make use of its spin, like chiquita.
Like the Acuda S3, it doesn't really have a standout strength, but it doesn't have real weaknesses either, so I think it's better to think of it as a backhand or all-around rubber.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

When I think of Donic, Acuda and Bluefire come to mind, but what really stands out about this Acuda is the strength of the sponge rather than the sheet. The sponge really puts spin on the ball and sends it flying! It's a rubber for players who hit with solid impact!

The rubber itself is a bit soft, so my impression is that the ball sinks in properly before it flies off.

I switched my backhand from Tenergy to this.
For a drive where you really sink the ball into the sponge before hitting, this beats Tenergy. On the other hand, I think Tenergy 05 has the edge for a more grazing, brush-style drive.
Serves bite just fine, but stops take a bit more nerve.
Depending on your drive type, this rubber is worth buying.
