I have the 1.8 thickness on my backhand, and I think it's a really easy-to-use, good rubber.

Pixie (Experience: ６〜１０ years) A must for backhand

I put this on my daughter's backhand.
It's perfect for a player whose game is built around controlling the ball from the backhand.
Blocks and counters also land cleanly.
She was using G1, reaching a bit above her level, but she's gone back to this one for the consistency.

Let me say this up front: I paid about 3,000 yen for it.
Performance
Drive... Let the ball sink in and it gets spin on it. Perfect for loop drives and curve drives.
Serve... Same as with drives, let it sink in and you get spin. Recommended for spin-heavy serves. Not suited to knuckle (no-spin) serves.
Receive... It's more suited to adding extra spin on top. Good for reverse chiquita and pushes. (I can't recommend it for stops, blocks, and similar receives since it doesn't let the rubber's strengths shine.)
Smash... You can do it, but it doesn't showcase the rubber's performance. It's easily affected by the opponent's spin.
Playing style... Great for drive specialists, recommended for choppers too.
Just read this part...
Out of nowhere, but Tenergy is expensive, right? The reason it's expensive is that Butterfly spends a lot on advertising and sponsored players, so they have to keep Tenergy's price high. But... you still want it, right?
For people like you, I recommend the Ventus series!
Think of it like this: Ventus Spin = Tenergy 05, Ventus Speed = Tenergy 80, Ventus Basic = Tenergy 25, Ventus Soft = Tenergy 64!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

The spin is amazing. Plus, the sponge is soft, so it wraps around the ball nicely as it launches it. That said, the sheet is soft too, so bits of it start flaking off. Still, it's a great rubber, so everyone should give it a try!

Compared to mainstream spin-oriented tension rubbers, this one is quite tame. It's definitely not a rubber that produces high power.
For mid-level and above high school players, it'll probably feel lacking as a forehand rubber.
What makes this rubber appealing, above all, is its balance.
The sponge is soft, so you can get the ball moving reasonably well even without much power.
The sheet looks cheap and see-through, but it grips the ball surprisingly well, so the spin is a passing grade too.
The control also doesn't have the kind of "sinks in on its own" feel you get from XIOM's DF or Butterfly's Spring Sponge, so you can produce shots that match your actual skill level.
I'd recommend it for players who want control and consistency on their drives — on both sides for juniors and middle schoolers, and on the backhand for high schoolers and up or intermediate players.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

It's quite soft and the ball sinks into the sponge nicely, but it was too soft for me.
I think it's easy to use for beginners up through lower-intermediate players.

It's soft... actually, maybe too soft (laughs)
Personally, the ball stayed on the rubber too long and I found it hard to control.
I think it's probably not suited to players with a lot of impact power. The feel on the backhand made a good impression, though — it's not a bad rubber at all, so I think it's a good backhand choice for outer-ply blade users whose shots come off fast, or for beginners.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft
