Switched over from Tenergy 80, using the 2.0mm.
First off, it transmits more shock to your hand than Tenergy.
On light hits it bounces a bit less than the 80, but it's still quite lively. Driving is really easy, with good spin and speed too (about the same as the 80 or even more). Next, in the short game, stop was more stable than with the 80, and pushes came out with a good cut too (same for serves). Blocking is stable as well.
Overall I thought it's an excellent rubber where every technique is stable while still producing power.
If I had to name a downside, it's that you need a certain level of skill, and if you mishit, the power doesn't really come through.
The lifespan is long too, so the high price barely feels okay in the end, I think? All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Switched over from Rasant.
The grip is amazing — you can lift backspin with barely any effort.
The speed is great too, no complaints there.
It's a bit pricey, but I think intermediate players can handle it just fine.

Every style of play is above-average easy with this. But put another way, nothing is exceptional at any one thing. I think it's good for a chopper who's still finding their style, but if you've already settled into a fixed chopping style, I'd steer clear. It's a solidly good rubber for drives though, so I'd recommend it to drive-focused players.

Crazy LOVE ingenious cut man (Experience: 2〜3 years) Even I, no fan of tension rubbers, admit it

Let me say this up front: this isn't a rubber I actually use myself — I just borrowed a friend's for a bit, and this is my impression from that.
I'm a tacky-rubber user and I'm terrible with tension rubbers, but I think even tacky users would find the Target easy to use. The biggest thing is the spin — it's on the level of a tacky rubber. As a tacky-rubber user myself, I was thinking "you can get this much spin out of a tension rubber?!" I recommended it to one of my underclassmen too, and their spin amount went up quite a bit.
As for downsides, I'd say it's that the grip is so good and the tension so strong that it bounces a lot. I think it takes quite a bit of getting used to before you can control it well. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Bought it because it had good reviews.
I had high hopes it might be a substitute for Tenergy 05, but...
the feel on contact was softer than I expected.
Both spin performance and speed fall a bit short of the 05.
That said, the sheet seems tougher than Tenergy's.
Lifespan looks like it'll be longer too.
Used on the forehand, drives are stable and it's plenty good enough, honestly — I guess Tenergy is just that amazing.
With the 05, shots that would normally land tend to sail long, so this felt just slightly less grippy in comparison.
Both flat drives and grazing drives go in fine.
Flicks and smashes didn't feel like particular weak points either.
I tried it on the backhand too, and since the sheet grips the ball well, my drives never caught the net.
It was easy to handle.
The one thing was that blocking was a bit slow.
With the 05, backspin serves would often force the opponent into a net mistake, but with this one it doesn't quite force mistakes.
The sharpness of my serves was also a bit worse than with the 05.
This ended up mostly being a comparison with Tenergy, but I felt it performs better than things like the C1 or Vega.
Since it's said to last longer — if it lasts twice as long as Tenergy, that works out to under 4,000 yen a month, so I think the cost-effectiveness is good. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

- The ball-holding and power of the MX-P
- The automatic-feeling control of Tenergy 05
- The low trajectory of the Q3It combines the strengths of these three rubbers while beating all of them on durability.
The price is the sticking point, but thanks to a highly durable Michelin-made sheet, it lasts a long time, which brings the total cost down.A rubber I'd recommend for the forehand of intermediate players and the backhand of advanced players.

Chestnut (Experience: 2〜3 years) Finally got that old feeling back

I hadn't played table tennis since junior high, but I picked it back up again last year.
Back then it was the era of speed glue, and the ball was a 38mm celluloid ball. After coming back, I could barely get any spin at all on my forehand drive, and this rubber is what I ended up with in the end.
Honestly, I was surprised when I tried it.
The sponge feels soft in a way you wouldn't expect from 47 degrees, and the speed and spin feel like you've got speed glue applied.
It completely brought back that old feeling. This is a gem I'd really recommend to anyone who thinks all German-style rubbers are the same. It's fairly pricey, but I think it's a special rubber that can give a working adult a real equipment edge over energetic high schoolers and college students.
If you want to get that old feeling back, definitely give it a try.
